The organization is established in June 1998 as the Bulgarian national representation of Transparency International and in its activity fully observes the fundamental principles of the coalition. Transparency International (TI) is politically impartial coalition with non-profit goals. The objective of the organization is to mobilize the structures of civil society and business, as well as academic and governmental representatives in attempting to reduce corruption on national, regional and international levels.
